How long does migration take?

Do I lose my Doofinder synonyms and boosting rules?
You can recreate synonyms in Koply's panel — and our AI will suggest additional ones based on your catalog that Doofinder would have missed. Boosting rules are set per search term in the merchandising panel.
What counts as "unlimited" searches?
Any search made by a real visitor on your store. Koply's fair use policy covers all normal e-commerce traffic — the only excluded cases are automated scraping bots and API redistribution to third parties.
Why does EU hosting matter for GDPR?
Every search query a customer makes passes through the search provider's servers. When those servers are in the US, you technically need a Data Processing Agreement and rely on Standard Contractual Clauses. With Koply, no data leaves the EU — the compliance is structural.
