1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They allow websites to remember information about your visit, such as your language preference or login session.
2. How We Use Cookies
Koply uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. Our widget (koply.js) does not set any cookies on your visitors' browsers.
3. Cookies We Set
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| koply_session | Maintains your login session in the dashboard | Session | Essential |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) | Session | Essential |
| locale | Remembers your language preference (ES/EN) | Session | Essential |
All cookies listed above are strictly necessary for the service to function. Under GDPR, strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
4. Third-Party Cookies
We do not load third-party scripts that set cookies on koply.eu. Stripe may set cookies on its own payment pages when you complete a checkout, subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
5. The Koply Widget
The koply.js widget that you embed on your store does not set any cookies and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage for tracking purposes. It uses sessionStorage only to retain recent search history within a single browser session, which is cleared when the tab is closed. This means your visitors do not need to see a cookie banner because of Koply.
6. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking session cookies will prevent you from logging in to the Koply dashboard. You can find cookie management instructions for major browsers at:
